A hot bed of activity during the rave era of the 90’s and the conductor for the trance generation of the early to mid-2000’s, Northern Ireland’s club scene was one of the most exciting to be a part of for both DJ’s and clubbers alike. But tight licencing laws and an unwarranted bad reputation from outside forces saw many of the clubs of that time shut and or change music direction. Fast forward to 2016 and the old adage of you can’t keep a good man down has seen Northern Ireland puff out its chest and roar once again, producing some of the hottest new talents and hosting some of the most rambunctious party’s the modern techno scene has ever experienced. This rebirth that has given life to The Giant’s Organ, a techno music podcast beaming directly from the land of giants and home of the rave, featuring the best deep house, tech house and techno (emphasis on the TECHNO) from up and coming DJ’s across Northern Ireland and the world over.
For their 7th edition, the top selectors from The Giants Organ hit up accomplice, and he hit them back with this mix. This show was 8th in the global tech chart, 13th in the global deep techno chart, 83rd in the global techno chart and 89th in the global tech house chart.
